Your world is a decision marathon. Your performance feels the cost.

The answer isn't fewer decisions, but seeing what's actually deciding for you.

The limitations shaping your decisions are not who you are.

Most people are promoted for the work itself. Then the role quietly asks for something else: judgment, faster calls, less certainty, no time to think them through. The usual solutions stop working, because what's shaping those decisions isn't the role; it's a pattern.

We work privately with individuals navigating these moments, helping reveal the deeper patterns shaping identity, behaviour and how they experience their own lives.

Jihun — Two-Time Michelin-Starred Chef
"I tend to put off the hard decisions until the very last moment. I always thought I was just busy, but began to see that my avoidance is what lets small problems grow into much bigger ones."

Rabi — Commodities Trader, Morgan Stanley
"Our conversations gave me practical ways to recover more effectively
while staying engaged with the demands of my role."

Valeria — Founder/CEO, The Base London
"Mario helped me remain focused, composed, and decisive while navigating constant change."

Danyal — Owner, Omniya Clinic Knightsbridge
"He brings emotional intelligence, intuition and insight into every session, helping you understand not just what's holding you back, but where it comes from."

That pattern has a name. It's the identity you've been deciding from.

The Shift

Our Conditioning

Most of what drives us was never consciously chosen. It was absorbed, through early experience, through the people who shaped us, through what we learned it meant to survive and belong.

The feelings of inadequacy, fear, disconnection or the hunger for validation that surface in your most important moments didn't begin there. They are scripts that were handed to us much earlier.

Lasting change begins when you recognise that these patterns are learned. They are not who you are, and they are not what's deciding for you.

The Cost

Much of the exhaustion high-performers carry isn't from the work itself.

The gap between reality and the story layered over it is where most of the energy goes, quietly hardening into frustration, reactivity, and the sense of never quite arriving.

When the relationship to that gap begins to change, something releases. It's not resignation but clarity. The present moment stops being something to escape and becomes the only place where anything actually changes.

What Opens

When you are no longer unconsciously governed by inherited patterns, the decisions you face stop feeling like pressure and start feeling like choices.

Relationships become less about managing perception and more about genuine connection. Performance stops requiring the fuel of anxiety and begins to draw from something steadier.

The destination is no longer far off, but what becomes available when the story you've been living inside loses its grip, and you begin, perhaps for the first time, to author your own.

Inspired by the ensō. A symbol of openness, wholeness and the freedom that comes from within.

The next chapter of your life may have nothing to do with strategy.

Who I Am

For years I worked in television, advertising and financial trading, environments where performance pressure is relentless and the cost of getting in your own way is very visible. That experience left me with a question I couldn't shake: why do genuinely capable people so consistently let something else make their decisions for them?

That question led me into years of independent study across behavioural psychology, identity and transformational work, including intensive programmes from Peter Crone and Joe Hudson, alongside ongoing ICF-accredited coaching training. The integrative coaching work grounds itself in the principles of cognitive behavioural coaching — a lens that's shaped how I help people reshape the perspectives that quietly run their lives.

My work today focuses on the unconscious structures that shape how people think, relate and perform, particularly under pressure. When those structures become visible and understood differently, performance stops feeling like something you force and begins to feel like something you embody.

This work is discreet, unhurried, and built entirely around you.

A private introductory conversation to explore what you're navigating and whether this work feels right for you.

This 30-minute conversation is for anyone who has reached a point where something beneath the surface of daily life or work is becoming harder to ignore. We'll explore what's currently present for you, the patterns, pressures or circumstances contributing to your experience, and begin to develop a clearer picture of what may be shaping them. Once booked, you'll receive a short reflective questionnaire to give the conversation a useful starting point. The conversation itself is unhurried, private and without obligation.
